Declining Inventory Announcement: On August 30, 2023, Genesys announced that the Arrow inventory of pre-configured edge devices is declining. Once the Arrow inventory runs out, Genesys will deprecate the Genesys Hardware Solution program and focus on the Customer Hardware Solution for edge devices. The BYOC Premises – Genesys Hardware Solution Edge is a premises-based device sold by Genesys though our hardware partner Arrow. A BYOC Premises Edge device comes in a number of configurations designed to support different sized organizations.

Usage charge
