The Genesys Cloud embedded clients are versions of Genesys Cloud’s contact center services, either inside third-party systems or as browser extensions for use with any web app. With Genesys Cloud Embeddable Framework, you can develop your own integration to Genesys Cloud. These integrations support various interaction types and functionality such as click-to-dial, screen pop, call forwarding, and scripts.
