Client interface in the PureCloud embedded clients

Note: This article applies to PureCloud Embeddable Framework, PureCloud for Chrome, PureCloud for Firefox, PureCloud for Salesforce, and PureCloud for Zendesk.

You can access commonly used tasks, such as phone selection or interactions, through Arrow and Menu at the top of the client.

Status and phone

You can quickly change your status or phone from Arrow  in the upper-right corner of the client. For WebRTC phones, you can also quickly access the phone settings (Chrome browser only) and, if persistent connection is enabled, stop a persistent connection. If you have call forwarding turned on, then you can also quickly access the settings for call forwarding from Arrow .

You can also change your status from the status bar at the bottom of the client.

You can quickly access tasks through Menu in the upper-left corner of the client. Jump to your interactions, make a call or send an email, manage which queues you are active in (permission required), check statistics on your interactions, change your settings, access PureCloud, or check the documentation.

Note: Interaction Log does not appear in the client menu for PureCloud for Chrome or PureCloud for Firefox. Queue Activation only appears in the menu if your administrator has given you access.
