View and edit interaction logs

Note: This article applies to PureCloud Embeddable Framework, PureCloud for Salesforce, and PureCloud for Zendesk.

You can view and edit interaction logs for interactions that are currently active or recently disconnected from two places in the client.

  1. Click Menu  > Interactions.
  2. To view the interaction log, click Interaction Log  on an interaction.Interaction list
  1. Click Menu  > Interaction Log.
