User Inbox in the client menu

Note: This article applies to PureCloud Embeddable Framework, PureCloud for Chrome, PureCloud for Firefox, PureCloud for Salesforce, and PureCloud for Zendesk.

You can access call history, personal voicemails, evaluations, and schedule notifications through User Inbox .

  1. Click Menu .
  2. Click User Inbox .
    Note: Not all tabs under User Inbox are available in all versions of the client or for all agents.

  3. To open a specific section, click one of the tabs, such as Voicemail
