You can quickly log in to Genesys Cloud from the client. The client is a version of Genesys Cloud with an abbreviated feature set. For more functionality, run Genesys Cloud alongside the client.

  1. Click Menu  > More .
  2. Click Genesys Cloud.
  3. Enter your Genesys Cloud credentials.

    Check with your administrator for your login credentials.
