Series: Set up groups
Edit general information for a group
You can modify the basic information for a group.
- Click Admin.
 - Under Directory, click Groups.
 - Click Menu > User Management > Groups.
 - For a General group, click the General tab. For a Skill Expression group, click the Skill Expression tab.
 - Click the name of the group that you want to edit.
 
- On the left side, click Edit , and then Edit General Information.
 - Change the name or description.
 - Optionally, to exclude group owners from group ring calls, disable Include Owners.
 - Optionally, to add an email address for the group, enter an email address in the email box.Note: The email address provides contact information for the group.
 - Click Confirm.
