Series: Configure the campaign management global settings

Note: This article applies to Genesys Cloud for Salesforce.

Campaign Management enables you to create, manage, and view Genesys Cloud campaigns in Salesforce. To use the Campaign Management integration, configure the global settings for it in the managed package.


  1. Access Campaign Management.
    1. In Salesforce, click Setup.
    2. Search for Installed Packages.
    3. Under Build, click Installed Packages.
    4. On the Installed Packages page, click Configure next to the Genesys Cloud for Salesforce package that you want to configure.

      The managed package settings page appears. For more information, see Managed package settings.

    5. Click Campaign Management.

  3. Configure Genesys Cloud campaign settings
  4. (Optional) Configure Genesys Cloud contact list sync job
  5. (Optional) Configure phone types.
  6. (Optional) Configure contact list columns.
  7. (Optional) Configure the agent-owned column.
