Access your workforce management schedule from Genesys Cloud

To access your schedule from the Agent Activity view, click the Activity > Schedule tab. You can also access your schedule from the Agent dashboard. To access your schedule from the agent dashboard, perform the following steps:

  1. Click Performance > Workspace > My Performance
  2. Click My Schedule.
  3. In the My Schedule workspace, click the Schedule tab. 
  4. To view the most current data, click Refresh. This view does not update automatically. For more information, see Agent activity view and Agents Schedule Detail view.

Access your workforce management schedule from Genesys Tempo

To access your workforce management schedule from Genesys Tempo, perform the following steps:

  1. On the desktop version from your schedule, click Mobile App. 
  2. In the side panel, scan the QR code with your mobile device’s camera and then open the transfer page on your mobile browser.
  3. From the app store, download the application.
  4. Open Genesys Tempo to view your schedule.

This functionality appears only when you enable the view access. If you do not have this permission, then you cannot view the mobile icon in the Schedule view.
