Manage organization settings

The Settings tab on the Organization Settings page lets you change settings that affect the entire organization.

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Account Settings, click Organization Settings.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Turn off location detection
  5. Change the default language
  6. Change the default country code
  7. Add a destination for issue submissions
  8. Configure invite links
  9. Turn on free seating
  10. Turn off voicemail PIN
  11. Set a timeout before the call goes to voicemail
  12. Set the maximum voicemail length
  13. Choose a default TTS engine
  14. Strip skills from voice interactions on blind transfers by agents
  15. Reset an agent’s routing score after presence changes
  16. Turn off file uploading in chats
  17. Set the maximum interaction data retention time
  18. View your security and compliance settings
  19. Enable automatic redaction of sensitive information
  20. Set a timeout before the call goes to voicemail
  21. Enable voicemail notifications
  22. Allow PII in voicemail email notifications
  23. Enable voicemail transcription
  24. Set the retention days for chat messages
  25. Add IP Addresses
  26. Set an automatic inactivity timeout
  27. Enable division-aware role management
  28. Automatically backfill roles with new permissions
  29. Restore previous presence for agents who disconnect and then reconnect to Genesys Cloud
  30. Enable communication level after call work
  31. Route email to multiple destinations
  32. Manage historical execution data settings
