Set a timeout before the call goes to voicemail

Administrators can set the number of seconds to alert the user before the call rolls over to voicemail.
- Click Admin.
- Under Account Settings, click Organization Settings.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Under Telephony, enter the number of seconds in the Timeout Seconds field for the call to alert the user. The default time is 12 seconds. The maximum value is 60 seconds.Note: If, under People and Permissions, you set a different Timeout Seconds value for a specific user, that value overrides any value that you set here.
- Click Save.
