Change the default country code

Prerequisite
  • Directory > Organization > Admin permission

Change the country code that Genesys Cloud uses when you add phone numbers. By default, this value is “United States.” To set a different country code:

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Account Settings, click Organization Settings.
  3. Click Menu > Account > Organization Settings.
  4. Click the Settings tab.
  5. Under Default Country Code, select a country code.
  6. Click Save.

  • This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
