Warning: Before activating a new Genesys Cloud org, log out of all other Genesys Cloud orgs. The AWS region & org shortname (Company Name) cannot be changed after
Genesys Cloud org activation.

Review roles and responsibilities for Genesys Cloud

Following activation of Genesys Cloud, add individuals and assign new users roles. Roles are used to manage Genesys Cloud licenses within an organization. When you assign a role to a Genesys Cloud user, you are also assigning the license.
