Install the Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services STT integration

This installation integrates the Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services speech-to-text (STT) integration into Genesys Cloud using your Microsoft account. Install the Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services integration from Genesys AppFoundry. Installation adds the app to your organization’s Admin > Integrations page. Then configure and activate the integration.

Note: Before you can obtain the Microsoft Azure premium application, you must contact Genesys Cloud Sales to add BYOT Rate E to your subscription. For more information, see Bring your own technology services model (per turn/minute rates).

  1. Ensure that your subscription is up to date.
  2. Log in to Genesys Cloud for the org in which to add Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services (STT).
  3. Click Admin.
  4. Under Integrations, click Integrations.
  5. Click Integrations.
  6. In the Search box, type Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services speech-to-text. The card for Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services appears.
  7. Click Install.

Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services STT is now available to configure and activate from Genesys Cloud’s Admin > Integrations page.
