After you use the Documents dashboard to search for a file or open a workspace, you can work with your content. For example, you can refine the search results, move a file to another workspace, add tags to a file, among other things. A thumbnail image represents each file in your workspace.

Notes: The first time you use Documents, you must add files to your workspace. If a file exists in multiple workspaces, it appears multiple times on this page.

Prerequisite:  You must have the Employee role or any role with the Content_management_user permission.
