Edit previously-created policies. For more information about how to create a policy and the policy options, see Create a policy.

Note: Any edits you make to a policy only apply to interactions that happen after you save your changes; they do not apply retroactively.
  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Quality, click Policies.
  3. To open a policy, click a policy name.
  4. When you finish editing, click Save.
