After you create labels, you can assign them to articles.

Add labels to a knowledge article

To add labels to a knowledge base article, follow these steps:

  1. Click Admin
  2. Under Knowledge, click Articles.
  3. Click Menu > Knowledge > Articles.
  4. Create a new knowledge base or open an existing one.
  5. Click the article to which you want to add a label. The Edit Article page opens.
  6. Click the Labels list and select the label to add.
  7. Repeat step 5 to add more labels to the article.
  8. Click Save.
