Understand knowledge base V2 categories and labels
Categories help group and organize articles with similar characteristics or content. For example, you could have a single category for articles that relate to home loans, another category for articles that relate to insurance policies, and so on. You can arrange categories in a hierarchy to define how your knowledge content appears. When you create articles, you can link them to one category.
Knowledge base labels help you tag content in the knowledge base. Labels also make it easier for you to filter for specific knowledge articles.
