Add a category to a knowledge base V2 article
After you create categories, you can assign them to articles.
Note: You can only add one category to a single knowledge base V2 article.

To add a category to a knowledge base article, follow these steps:
- Click Admin.
- Under Knowledge, click Articles.
- Create a new knowledge base or open an existing one.
- Click the article to which you want to add a category. The Edit Article page opens.
- Click the Category list and select the category to add.
- Click Save.
