After you create categories, you can assign them to articles.

Note: You can only add one category to a single knowledge base V2 article.

Add a category to an article

To add a category to a knowledge base article, follow these steps:

  1. Click Admin
  2. Under Knowledge, click Articles.
  3. Create a new knowledge base or open an existing one.
  4. Click the article to which you want to add a category. The Edit Article page opens.
  5. Click the Category list and select the category to add.
  6. Click Save.
