Delete a component template

You can use one of two ways to delete a component template.

Delete a component template while you edit a script

  1. On the component toolbar, click Component Templates. 

  2. Next to the component template you want to delete, click Delete Component .

  3. To confirm, click OK. 

Delete a component template from the Script Templates page

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Under Contact Center, click Script Templates.

  3. Click Menu > Digital and Telephony > Interaction Assets > Script Templates.

  4. Click Component Templates, select the template to delete, and then click Delete.

    Tip: From the Scripts Templates page, you can delete both component templates and script templates.

    1. To confirm, click Delete.
