Script templates page

The script templates page lists templates of both script and component templates so that you can delete templates that you no longer need. Thumbnails on the script templates page represent component and script templates.

• Script templates are entire scripts that you create for reuse. Use a script template when you create a new script.

• Component templates contain one or more visual components that you can insert into a script page. Examples include text boxes, images, buttons, and so forth.

To display the script templates page, take these steps:

1. Click Admin.

2. Under Contact Center, click Script Templates.
