Prerequisites 
  • Admin role
  • Presence > Presence Definition > Add permission
  • Presence > Presence Definition > Edit permission
  • Presence > Presence Definition > Delete permission
  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Account Settings, click Organization Settings.
  3. Click Status Management.
  4. Select the primary status that has secondary statuses.
  5. Select a division from the list.
