Scripts page

Use the Scripts page for managing scripts. Create, import, export, and delete scripts on this page. The Division Filter lets you manage your scripts by divisions. 

To open the Scripts page, follow these steps:

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Contact Center, click Scripts. The scripts page appears.

Use the Division Filter to display scripts that belong to the selected Division. In the division filter, search for and select one division to display the scripts that belong to the division. Click the currently selected division to clear the filter and display scripts for All Divisions. 

Click the Script Name column to sort scripts by name.

Click the Last Modified column to sort scripts by the date and time last modified.

The Division column displays the name of the division that the script belongs to.
