Import scripts

Use script import and export to share scripts between organizations. You can also use import and export to copy scripts within the same organization. For example, if you create a script with complex functionality, then you can use import and export to create another script quickly with the same functionality.

To use import, follow these steps:

1. Click Admin.
2. Under Contact Center, click Scripts.
3. On the Scripts page, click Import.
   
   
   Note: You can import a script to replace an existing script with the imported data. To perform this task, select a script, and then click Replace.
    
4. Select a Division, and then click Select Files.
   
5. Select one or more scripts on your computer.
   Note: Scripts have a .script extension.
6. Click Import.

If the import succeeds, Genesys Cloud displays a message. Your imported script appears in the list after Genesys Cloud processes it.
