Scripts page

Use the Scripts page for managing scripts. Create, import, export, and delete scripts on this page. The Division Filter lets you manage your scripts by divisions. 

To open the Scripts page, follow these steps:

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Contact Center, click Scripts. The scripts page appears.
  3. Click Menu > Digital and Telephony > Interaction Assets > Scripts. The scripts page appears.

Click Division Filter and select a division to display scripts that belong to that Division. Click to clear the filter and display scripts for All Divisions. 

Click the Script Name column to sort scripts by name.

Click the Last Modified column to sort scripts by the date and time last modified.

Click the Last Published column to sort scripts by the date and time last published.

The Division column displays the name of the division that the script belongs to.
