Install the Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services STT integration
This installation integrates the Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services speech-to-text (STT) integration into Genesys Cloud using your Microsoft account. Install the Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services integration from Genesys AppFoundry. Installation adds the app to your organization’s Admin > Integrations page. Then configure and activate the integration.
Note: Before you can obtain the Microsoft Azure premium application, you must contact Genesys Cloud Sales to add BYOT Rate E to your subscription. For more information, see Bring your own technology services model (per turn/minute rates).
- Ensure that your subscription is up to date.
- Log in to Genesys Cloud for the org in which to add Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services (STT).
- Click Admin.
- Under Integrations, click Integrations.
- Click Integrations.
- In the Search box, type Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services speech-to-text. The card for Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services appears.
- Click Install.
Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services STT is now available to configure and activate from Genesys Cloud’s Admin > Integrations page.
