Evaluation forms page

Prerequisites:

Any of the following permissions:

  • Quality > Evaluation Form > Add
  • Quality > Evaluation Form > Edit
  • Quality > Evaluation Form > Delete

Quality administrators manage the evaluation forms used to score recordings and agent performance. The Evaluation Forms page is a dashboard for form management activities, which lists form names, and the date and time that each form was last modified. This information represents the forms version ID. 

Note: Dates and times in quality management views do not currently appear in the standard format for the Arabic dialect. On a future date, Genesys Cloud will amend this limitation.

To open this page, click Admin. Under Quality, click Evaluation Forms.
