Add labels to a knowledge article

To add labels to a knowledge base article, follow these steps:

  1. Click Admin
  2. Under Knowledge, click Articles.
  3. Create a new knowledge base or open an existing one.
  4. Click the article to which you want to add a label. The Edit Article page opens.
  5. Click the Labels list and select the label to add.
  6. Repeat step 5 to add more labels to the article.
  7. Click Save.
