Work with outbound flows
The following permissions:
Use outbound flows with Genesys Cloud’s outbound dialing functionality. These flows are associated with contact lists that are used in campaigns. Outbound flows have features similar to those of inbound flows, but they also have special features that integrate with the outbound flow’s associated contact.
