Validate and save the work plan


When you create a work plan, Genesys Cloud checks it for any issues. Resolve errors before you can save a work plan. You can save a work plan that has warnings and information notices.

Note: If you recently added an agent to a queue, you may be unable to create a valid work plan that uses the agent or queue for up to 4 hours.

Section Description
Show Errors Select this check box to view errors that prevent the Workforce Management from saving the work plan.
Show Warnings Select this box to view warnings that may impact the effectiveness of the work plan, but does not prevent the Workforce Management from saving it.
Show Information Select this box to view incomplete work plan criteria and requirements. Information notifications do not prevent the work plan from being saved.
Copy to Clipboard Select this button to copy displayed error, warning, or information details to your computer or device clipboard.
Severity column This column displays the validation conflict type: Error, Warning, or Information.
Type column This column displays the validation conflict type: Weekly, Daily Shift, or Agents.
Details column This column displays detailed information about each validation error, warning, or information instance.

Validate and save the work plan

  1. In the upper right corner of the work plan page, click Validate .
  2. Optionally copy information to the Clipboard for review.
  3. Resolve any work plan errors.
  4. Click Save.
