Status timer

Note: This article applies to Genesys Cloud Embeddable Framework, Genesys Cloud for Chrome, Genesys Cloud for Firefox, Genesys Cloud for Microsoft Teams, Genesys Cloud for Salesforce, and Genesys Cloud for Zendesk.

The client displays the amount of time that you have been in a particular status. To see or hide the elapsed time, click Timer  in the status bar at the bottom of the client.

The timer resets when you change your status, go On Queue, or log in.

Note: The timer does not calculate elapsed time for Out of Office.
