Set a timeout before the call goes to voicemail
- Admin role
Administrators can set the number of seconds to alert the user before the call rolls over to voicemail.
- Click Admin.
- Under Account Settings, click Organization Settings.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Under Telephony, enter the number of seconds in the Timeout Seconds field for the call to alert the user. The default time is 10 seconds.
- Click Save.
