• Analytics > Conversation Detail > View permission assigned to any user role
  • Recording > Screen Recording > View permission assigned to any user role

  1. Open the playback window for a screen recording.
  2. At the top of the playback window, click Edit.
  3. Modify the dates as necessary:
    • To modify the date, click the archive date or delete date and modify it.
    • To remove the date, click X.
    • To add a date, the field and choose a date.
  4. Click save
    Screen recording archive and delete date.
Note: If you modify the archive or delete date for the other recordings for the interaction and select Apply Update to All Recordings, then Genesys Cloud updates the dates for screen recordings as well.
