During a phone call, use the dialpad to enter numbers that automated call systems can recognize. You can enter numbers like account numbers and menu selections.

  1. To open the dialpad during a call, click Dialpad either from the Calls panel tabs or from the call controls. 
  2. Click the numbers or symbols that you want to enter. 
Note: You cannot use the dialpad during a call to add a participant to a call. To add a participant to the call, see Add a participant to a call.
