Enter numbers that automated call systems recognize, such as an account number or a menu selection, during a voice interaction or active business user call. 

  1. During a voice interaction or active call, click Dialpad
  2. Click the numbers or symbols you want to enter. Alternatively, enter the numbers or symbols on your keyboard. Genesys Cloud plays a DTMF sound for each number you select.
  3. Click Dialpad again to close the dialpad.
Note: The dialpad is not available during a consult transfer.
