Discard a message interaction


Prerequisites
  • Genesys Cloud 3 license
  • Genesys Cloud User default role
Warning: This action is permanent. You cannot retrieve a discarded message.

Discard a message that your company regards as spam or undesirable. 

  1. From the Active Interactions list, select the message you want to discard.
  2. Click the Disconnect icon.
  3. Complete any required after call work.
