Delete a component template

You can use one of two ways to delete a component template.

Delete a component template while you edit a script

1. On the component toolbar, click Component Templates. 

2. Next to the component template you want to delete, click Trash .

3. To confirm, click OK. 

Delete a component template from the Script Templates page

1. Click Admin.

2. Under Contact Center, click Script Templates.

3. Click Component Templates, select the template to delete, and then click Delete.

   Tip: From the Scripts Templates page, you can delete both component templates and script templates.

4. To confirm, click Delete.
