You can assign multiple Do Not Contact lists to a campaign when you create the campaign or later.

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Under Outbound, click Campaign Management.

  3. Click the Voice Campaigns or Digital Campaigns tab.

  4. Locate the campaign to which you want to assign a DNC list.

  5. Examine its Status column. If the campaign is on, click the switch to turn the campaign Off. This action is necessary because you cannot change the properties of a running campaign.

  6. For the campaign row, click the hyperlink in the Name column to open the properties of the campaign for editing.

  7. Click in the DNC Lists box. Select a DNC list from the Do Not Contact List filtered box. Optionally narrow selections to choose from by typing all or part of a file name. If you don’t type filter text, the list displays all entries.

    Notes:
    • If you have not created any DNC lists, click Cancel and create a new DNC list. Then use this procedure to assign a DNC list to the campaign.
    • When assigning an Internal – Custom DNC list to a new campaign, if the DNC list exclusion column name does not match a Contact list column name, an error message is displayed and you cannot save the campaign.

  8. To add more DNC lists, repeat the previous step.

  9. Click Save.

  10. If the campaign was previously running, in the Status column click the switch  to turn the campaign On. The campaign does not dial any telephone number it finds in its DNC list.
