Assign contact list to a campaign

At any time, you can modify a campaign to dial a different contact list:

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Under Outbound Dialing, click Campaign Management.

  3. Click the Campaigns tab.

  4. If the campaign’s status is On, click the slider switch to turn it Off. You cannot modify a running campaign.

  5. Click the Name column for a campaign row.

  6. Properties of the campaign appear in the campaign editor. Select a different list from the Contact List box.

  7. Click Save.

The next time the campaign starts, it dials records from the selected contact list.
