Add new agents to the schedule
You can add newly hired agents to a published schedule without rebuilding it for previously scheduled agents. The unscheduled agents must be part of a configured work plan.
Note: This dialog only appears if you add new agents to work plans or work plan rotations that have not yet been scheduled.
Select at least one new agent to reschedule.
- Under Add new agents to schedule, do one of the following:
- To reschedule all new agents, click All.
- To reschedule selected agents, enable the check box next to each agent you want to add to the published schedule.
- Click Next.
Note: This is only for schedules based on forecasts and offer an alternative option for customers who schedule non-contact centre employees where a forecast is not used.
