Series: Perform an intraday reschedule

You can add newly hired agents to a published schedule without rebuilding it for previously scheduled agents. The unscheduled agents must be part of a configured work plan.

Note: This dialog only appears if you add new agents to work plans or work plan rotations that have not yet been scheduled.

Select at least one new agent to reschedule.

  1. Under Add new agents to schedule, do one of the following:
    • To reschedule all new agents, click All.
    • To reschedule selected agents, enable the check box next to each agent you want to add to the published schedule. 
  2. Click Next.
NoteThis is only for schedules based on forecasts and offer an alternative option for customers who schedule non-contact centre employees where a forecast is not used.
