If you are a member of more than one organization and you use the same email address to log in to Genesys Cloud, you must enter an organization name when you log in.

  1. On the login page, click More Login Options.
  2. Type the organization name. This field is case-sensitive.
    Note: If you are not sure of your organization names, click Forgot Organization Name? to receive an email containing your organization names.
  3. Type your email address and password, select the region for your organization, and then click Log In. 
     Note: To log in to a different organization, click [Change Organization] on the right side of the login page.
