Duplicate a topic miner

You can create a copy of a miner from  topic miner. Next, rename and modify the new miner according to your specifications. To duplicate a miner from the topic miner, follow these steps:

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Quality, click Topic Miner.
  3. Click Menu > Conversation Intelligence > Speech and Text Analytics > Topic Miner.
  4. Next to the miner that you want to delete, click More .
  5. From the menu that appears, click Duplicate. Intent miner creates a copy of the selected miner.
  6. Rename and configure the new miner according to your specifications. 
  • This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
