Genesys Cloud Background Assistant (GCBA) release notes

  • Removed Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable from the installer.
  • Removed the custom script used for importing the SSL certificates in Firefox. Starting with version 120, Firefox automatically trusts third-party root certificates installed from the Windows certificate store.
