Campaign management overview

From these views, administrators configure outbound campaigns, control the execution of individual campaigns, set up sequences to run campaigns in series, or define schedules to start and stop resources automatically. Voice campaigns, digital campaigns, sequences, and schedules are managed on separate tabs.

  • Use the Voice campaigns view to observe dialing progress and the runtime status of complete and incomplete voice campaigns.
  • Use the Digital campaigns view to observe progress and the runtime status of complete and incomplete SMS and email campaigns.
  • The Sequences view allows an administrator to define a sequence of chained campaigns.
  • Use the Schedule view to run resources in accordance with a schedule.
