Prerequisites
  • Any of the following Billing permissions:
    • Billing > All Permissions
    • Billing > Subscription > Add
    • Billing > Subscription > View

You can view licenses, usage reports, and invoices.

Note: The Billing & Usage page provides a current snapshot of your subscription, including the subscription type, the services included in the subscription, the number of seats, and cost of each service. If you upgrade your subscription to add more services or licenses, then the Billing & Usage page reflects those changes after they become active.

Note: The Genesys Cloud continuous delivery process may reflect differences between the video content and your user interface experience.
  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Account Settings, click Subscription. 
  3. To see data for a different time period, under Current Month, select the timeframe that you want.
