You can view information about agents that are associated with a planning group, including queues, languages, and skill sets.

To view agents in a planning group, perform the following steps:

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Workforce Management, click Planning Groups.
  3. From the Business Unit list, located in the upper right corner, select the business unit.
  4. Select an existing planning group
  5. Click the Agents tab. A list of associated agents appears.
