Rename a script page

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Under Contact Center, click Scripts.

  3. Click the name of a script to open it in script editor.

  4. Click Pages .

  5. Beside the page you want to rename, click More . 

  6. Click Properties.

  7. Type a different name in the Page Name box.
    Genesys Cloud automatically saves the name when you close the tab.
