Profile Fields page


The Profile Fields page lets you configure how user profiles appear for all users in the organization. To open this page, click Admin and then click Profile Fields under Directory.

Control Action
Add Section button Opens the Add Section window where you add new sections for user profiles.
Sections list Shows all sections in user profiles. To see the fields in a section, click its name in this list.  
Reorder buttons Click and drag these buttons to reorder the sections. Reorder
Edit link Opens the Edit Section page where you configure the name and instruction text for sections in all applicable languages.
Add Field button Opens the Add Field page to add a field to a profile section.
Edit Field button Opens the Edit Field page to change the labels for a field in all applicable languages.
Save button Saves changes to the profile configuration.
