Change the profile configuration


Prerequisites
  • Admin role

Each PureCloud user has a profile that identifies them to the rest of the organization. To fit needs of your organization, customize the default configuration of how profiles appear.  

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Directory, click Profile Fields.
  3. Add a field to the profile configuration.
  4. Add a section to the profile configuration.
  5. Rename a field in the profile configuration.
  6. Rename a section in the profile configuration.
  7. Reorder fields in the profile configuration.
  8. Reorder sections in the profile configuration.
  9. Disable fields in the profile configuration.
  10. Enable fields in the profile configuration.
