Performance dashboard owners

The following permissions:

  • To delete the dashboards of active users in the organization: Analytics > Dashboard Configurations > Delete Active
  • To delete the dashboards of inactive users in the organization: Analytics > Dashboard Configurations > Delete Inactive
  • To view the private dashboards of any user in the organization: Analytics > Dashboard Configurations > View Private
  • To recover the dashboards within the organization: Analytics > DashboardConfigurations > Restore
  • For an admin to view or delete the dashboards owned by users in their respective divisions:
    • Analytics > Dashboard Configurations > Delete Active
    • Analytics > Dashboard Configurations > Delete Inactive
    • Analytics > Dashboard Configurations > View Private
    • Directory>user>view division access

    Administrators can access and manage both public and private dashboards created by all the organization’s users from the dashboard owners page. The administrators can bulk delete dashboards of a single user or multiple users from the dashboard owners page to control the total number of dashboards within the organization. You can filter the dashboards based on active, inactive, and active and inactive users. 

    To view the dashboard owners page in the workspace, click Performance > Workspace > Dashboards > Dashboard Owners.

    You can filter the dashboards by user types, such as active, inactive, and active and inactive users, and dashboard types, such as active and deleted dashboards.

    Note: You can view only the dashboards, within the organization, deleted within the last 30 days.

    To filter the dashboards by user types, such as active, inactive, and active and inactive users:

    1. Click Performance > Workspace > Dashboards > Dashboard Owners
    2. Click the Active Users drop-down menu.
    3. From the drop-down, select the required user type as Active Users, Inactive Users, or Active and Inactive Users.

    To filter the dashboards by dashboard types, such as active and deleted dashboards:

    1. Click Performance > Workspace > Dashboards > Dashboard Owners
    2. Click the Active dashboards drop-down menu.
    3. From the drop-down, select the required dashboard type as Active dashboards or Delete dashboards

      To delete all dashboards owned by a specific user:

      1. Click PerformanceWorkspace > Dashboards > Dashboard Owners. The page lists all the dashboards created by users in an organization. 
      2. To bulk delete all the dashboards created by a user, from the Active Users drop-down menu, select the required user type as Active and Inactive Users, Active Users, or Inactive Users.
      3. Select the required user or users. 
      4. To delete all the dashboards for the selected user, click Delete dashboards. All the dashboards associated with the user are deleted.

      To delete a particular dashboard owned by a specific user:

      1. Click Performance > Workspace > Dashboards > Dashboard Owners. The page lists all the dashboards created by users in an organization. 
      2. Click the name of the required user whose dashboard must be deleted.
        The Dashboard Owners Detail page appears. You can view the list of dashboards owned by that user. 
      3. Select the required dashboard. 
      4. On the upper left, click Delete dashboards to delete the selected dashboard for the specific user.

      Notes:
      • The users can recover deleted dashboards within 30 days. To recover the deleted dashboard, the user must log a ticket with Customer Care.
      • A deleted user’s dashboards are available for 30 days unless the dashboard was deleted due to a GDPR request.

      You can also delete a single dashboard or multiple dashboards from the Performance Dashboard summary page and Performance Dashboard detail page. For more information, see the Delete dashboards for users section in Add and edit Performance Dashboards.

        Available columns

        Column Description
        Name Displays the name of the dashboard owner.
        Email Displays the email address of the dashboard owner.
        Dashboards Displays the number of dashboards owned by the dashboard owner.
